Because I'm lazy.
Met up with Es and Gene for some random shopping, plus high tea at Cedele. I'm so disappointed that they didnt have the smoked salmon sandwich I spied at the Raffles City Branch! I guess the relatively more casual setting of that branch allows it to have a predominantly sandwich based menu, instead of the more main course-y one of the Wheelock branch.
Beef Onion Portobello Burger: Grilled Beef Burger with Onion Balsamic Marmalata,sautéed Portobello Mushroom, Mayonnaise, Wholegrain Mustard, Lettuce & Tomato. As yummilicious as advertised, making up for my disappointment about the smoked salmon. =)
A promotion-ish thingy going on outside Khiel's caught our attention: a bunch of guys giving out
PINK cotton candy! Shy la, didnt get to get from them at first, until they passed us one when we walked out of Ted Baker. Wheeee! Cotton candy <3!
Dinner at the Soup Restaurant, again. Seems like I'll never get tired of their Samsui Chicken and Spicy Ba Chor Chay Po Tofu. YUMS. All of us agreed that the chicken alone, with the fresh and crisp lettuce on the side, will make a very healthy meal. Wonder if we will really order 3 plates of the chicken each, without anything else, the next time we go there. Hee.
